If you are a student and receive the error above when trying to access eBill, try the steps below to resolve the problem.
- Make sure you are accessing eBill through the Portal instead of from the Parent Services menu.
- Try switching your web browser. We recommend you use Firefox, but if you are already using this browser try using either Safari or Internet Explorer.
- If you are accessing the service from a mobile device (tablet, phone, etc.) try accessing it from a Windows or Apple computer.
- Try clearing your cache/cookies. Click here for instructions on how to do this.
